  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days of payment confirmation (handcrafted items may require additional preparation time).

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays due to couriers, weather, or public holidays are outside our control.

8. Returns and Refunds
